We are licenced by the Estate Surveyors and Valuer Registration Board of Nigeria
We engage in professional services that cover all stages of the real estate life cycle thereby providing our clients with a “whole life” overview of property investment options.

AAA is affiliated to two renowned companies in the UK – Bernard Williams Associates (a firm of Chartered Surveyors) and International Facilities & Property Information Limited (a leading Facilities Management company). Both companies undertake professional engagement globally and we are their representative in Nigeria. Therefore, AAA is an indigenous Nigerian firm with global outreach.

For effective service delivery, AAA’s Corporate Structure is based on four divisions
Property & Asset Valuation
At the core of our services is Property and Asset Valuation. In simple terms, it is the determination of the monetary worth of any form of interest in landed property/fixed assets at a given point in time for a specific purpose.
Facilities & Property Management.
Our service in this area covers all facets – operational, tactical and strategic management level. We manage all types of properties/facilities for different types of client i.e government establishments, corporate organisations and private individuals. The aim of our service in this regard is to ensure that our client achieve optimum return on their investment at all times.
Estate Agency
For many reasons real estate as a commodity is a complex product. One of such reasons why it is complex is because many interests may co-exist in it at the same time. Therefore, transaction relating to it requires expertise which by our training and practice as Estate Surveyors and Valuers we possess at AAA.
Property Development
Property development is a multi-disciplinary team exercise which relates to the use of land to obtain a satisfactory environment bearing in mind the social and economic need of the stakeholders and the society at large. The process from conceptual stage, through construction and up to commissioning are complex and involves different professional expertise. The entire process needs to be well undertaken and coordinated to ensure maximum success.
